The Role: In this role, you'll provide administrative support for a key customer project. Your focus will be on managing customer requests with regards to invoice queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer statements of account and respond to invoice copy requests
- Investigate invoice-related queries and confirm the nature of the work completed for the invoices
- Navigate Salesforce to track and manage case details
- Communicate with customers via email, providing documentation and progressing cases through to closure or next steps
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within a project or finance-related environment
- Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and SAP (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially with repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing customer emails
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
