The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting workshop operations through accurate data entry and job card management
- Updating systems and running reports
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Coordinating vehicle roadworthy inspections and managing the associated schedule
- Acting as the key contact for roadworthy service providers, managing bookings and escalations
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Administrator and wider maintenance team
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders
- Monitoring timelines, following up with managers, and maintaining structured workflows
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior administration role
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using internal systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience coordinating or supporting pre-planned programs (roadworthy inspections desirable)
- The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
