This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership of the AP function and is available to start immediately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-function accounts payable using Xero
- Invoice processing and coding to appropriate cost centres
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Handling supplier queries and ensuring timely payments
- Support with month-end close and reporting as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a full-function AP role
- Hands-on experience with Xero (essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
- Immediate availability to commence on Monday
