My client is an ASX listed, global leader in youth street, surf, skate and fashion footwear and apparel. They have some of the most well recognised names in the youth fashion, ASR and workwear markets.
We are searching for an ERP Application Support Specialist to join the global ERP team supporting end-users, developing and implementing new functionality to business-critical ERP and associated applications. The role will see the successful candidate working closely with Australian, North American and European business units and application partners.

They will be curious and highly motivated, engaged in identifying and investigating issues and opportunities which will contribute to making the organisation more efficient, improving functionality and ensuring our end-users are highly satisfied.
Required skills and experience:
- tertiary qualifications in Information Technology / Systems
- at least 2 years’ experience in an ERP support environment (ideally Apparel21. Other retail ERP systems such as Pronto, Seams Systems will also be considered)
- solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
- strong technical knowledge of application integrations using various formats / delivery methods
- Knowledge of business reporting tools desirable
- DESIRABLE: Strong business process knowledge
- DESIRABLE: technical knowledge around data transfer/integrations etc, and also SQL
