My client is a fast growing ASX listed manufacturing business, with an annual turnover of $35mil. Based in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, my client is seeking an Assistant Accountant to start immediately on an initial 3 month contract. 

The role:
- Assisting the Finance Manager with reporting responsibilities  
- Bank reconciliations 
- Account reconciliations 
- Weekly cashflow updates
- Preparing and sending customer invoices 
- Preparing and performing monthly payment run to suppliers

Candidate profile: 
- Tertiary qualified in an Accounting related degree
- 2-4 years experience working at a similar level 
- Experience performing daily bank reconciliations.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
