The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller the key purpose of this position will be to deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful financial results to, and in support of, the business. Specific duties will include:
- Financial reporting and month end processing
- Management reporting
- Statutory Account preparation
- Cashflow Management
- Reconciliations of general ledger, balance sheet and bank accounts
- Tax and compliance requirements; FBT, GST, BAS
- System improvement and driver of efficiencies
- Liaising with external auditors
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role and have completed or be near completion of your CA/CPA. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
