The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Monthly general ledger account reconciliations/assisting with month end process
- Processing monthly payroll
- Processing invoices daily
- Preparation and processing of adjusting journals
- Assistance with effective cash flow management
- Preparation of and lodgement of monthly group BAS
- Preparation of annual statutory reporting
- Monitoring the inflow of Accounts Payable email inbox, keeping all incoming accounts organised, and query resolutions
- Provide solutions for continuous improvement
- Respond to queries from stakeholders
Tertiary qualified in an Accounting related degree, you will possess prior experience within a similar commercial organisation or chartered accounting firm.
In addition, you will have intermediate MS Excel skills.
Interpersonally, you are bright, hungry to learn and display a willingness to assist the wider team.
