Our client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their supportive and friendly team. This is a genuine temporary to permanent opportunity, and is a perfect role for a mandarin speaker looking for the next step in their career.
The role and the business is suited to someone who is hard-working, with a positive attitude. This role will be suited to someone who has at least 2 years experience within an assistant accountant role and is eager to work for a large business/ grow internally.
The responsibilities
- Raising of invoices
- Keep track of invoices raised - what division/amount and reason for error
- Working closely with operations to validate data
- Month end P&L Review
- Journal Posting
- Essential - Must be able to speak Mandarin - needs to be able to communicate with suppliers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong accounting knowledge
