With years of experience in their respective industry, our client is highly reputable and an employer of choice. Due to a team member going on maternity leave, they are seeking an experience and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.
Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role will be heavily focused towards Accounts Payable duties, and your daily tasks will include, but not limited to;
- Assisting in the accounts payable process
- Registering and logging invoices
- Processing invoices after approval has been obtained
- Loading files into ANZ Transactive
- Filling for reception when needed
- Assisting where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts role and will have the following attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
- High level interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to innovate, engage team members and collaborate as part of the team
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience with JobPac is highly desirable, but not required
