Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Messaging: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to convey the brand's message consistently across various channels.
  2. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and enhance the company's media presence.
  3. Content Creation: Produce compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  4. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate communication strategies into online campaigns and maintain a strong digital presence.
  5. Crisis Management: Be prepared to manage communication during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders while preserving the company's reputation.
  6. Internal Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with company updates and initiatives.
  7. Event Management: Coordinate and execute corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a Communications role
  • Proven experience in communications or public relations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
