- Monitor and mentor the marketing team
- Assist in content creation for all social media channels
- Develop new social media campaigns based on company promotions and industry/social trends
- Assist with planning, implementing, executing & analyzing all marketing campaigns.
- Lead the analysis of the company’s SEO strategy & rankings
- Lead the development and deployment of EDM campaigns
- Help to manage, optimize and update the website
- Represent company at events held by company & sponsors
- Lead the planning, implementation and optimisation of online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other social media platforms
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing role with leadership experience
- Experience with Paid Ads/Google Ad/SEO
- Experience with Social Media Marketing (including content creation)
- Experience managing Email Marketing campaigns as well as experience with Marketing Automation platforms
- Strong website management experience using CMS
- Excellent copy writing skills (Blogs, Social, EDM etc.)
- Public relations experience
