About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects which support the digital and paper application strategy. Key to this role will be analysis data with the aim of supporting the funnel strategy. This funnel strategy will be key to ensuring we have a strong prospect experience in our application journeys and continue to evolve this piece.

The ideal candidate for this exciting and important position will have a strong understanding of marketing execution processes, and a consistent customer-first mindset. They will be comfortable working in a team and communicating across multiple internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Socialising and briefing of projects and new initiatives to tech, sales, servicing, product and marketing teams
  • Campaign tracking and development: Collating, interpreting and presenting results, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and identifying and implementing opportunities for improved effectiveness of activity
  • Marketing Execution Processes: Agency briefing, data selection, timeline management, feedback coordination, approval processes, asset deployment, budget management
What you need to be successful
  • A customer-first marketer: highly attuned to the customer experience in the development of marketing activity, creatively and analytically seeking new ways to exceed expectations
  • An organised and detail-oriented marketing campaign manager, with the skill and resilience to be able to keep projects on track
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable and active in promoting the team’s priorities and achievements with internal and agency stakeholders
  • A positive, energetic and inquisitive team member who is keen to contribute to a strong, fun and supportive team culture, and to the ongoing evolution of its activities
  • High level of Microsoft office and in particular excel analysis skills
