What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, across new and existing enterprise accounts
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, legal, real estate and advisory sectors
- This position is very relationship-focused; staying close to clients and their markets, meeting face to face will be a large proportion of your day-to-day
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver bespoke solutions
- Keep clients ahead of the curve by sharing new product developments and insights
- Develop account strategies that drive long-term growth and retention
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal activity through a leading CRM system
- Be a visible and proactive part of the Sydney sales team, contributing to a high-growth, high-performance culture
- 2+ years of outbound sales or full-cycle B2B experience – ideally in Tech or financial services
- Strong understanding (or high interest) in corporate finance, M&A, or private capital markets
- Confident leading commercial conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, consultative, and relationship-driven
- Energetic, organised, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and genuine curiosity for the world of financial technology is a bonus
