Role Description:

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in accordance with protocols and professional standards.
  • Provide customers with transparent, ethical guidance on hearing care options and tailored solutions.
  • Assist with hearing aid fittings, ongoing aftercare, and follow-up support, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Keep detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring prompt referrals when necessary.
  • Adhere to HSP Audit requirements and uphold clinical guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our Audiology Partners to support business growth and deliver exceptional value-based hearing care to local communities.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.

In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, you’ll possess: 
  • Full membership (or eligibility) with Audiology Australia or ACAud
