Sharp & Carter are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit an experienced Electronic Billing Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. This role sits within a large, collaborative finance team and plays a key part in supporting billing operations across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end E-Billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submission.
- Resolve billing issues with internal teams and external client contacts.
- Maintain and update client billing information and track system activity.
- Support onboarding of new clients and document processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Experience in E-Billing, finance, or billing operations, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
