As the Billings/Contract Officer, you will be reporting into the Financial operations manager and your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Daily billings of services and distribution of invoices
- Reviewing contracts to ensure everything is correct / secondary checking
- Reconciliations
- Managing queries and contacting customers when payments are over due
- Managing credit notes
- Generating invoices
- Allocations and receipting
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request
To be considered as the Billings/ Contract Officer, you will have 3-5 years in a similar position. Prior knowledge of billings, query handling and debt collections is a must for this role. Good communication skills, organisational skills, resilience, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail will be mandatory for this position. A proven track record of a large ERP system and intermediate MS Excel skills will be highly advantageous.
