Position Description
Supporting the accounts team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- High volume processing and analysis of invoices
- Reviewing and cross-checking invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Handling client queries and credit requests
- Supporting the wider accounts team
- Raising credits and weekly reporting
- Data entry
- Customer enquire management
- Adhoc admin duties
The successful applicant will have experience or strong interest in billings along with the following skills and attributes:
- 3 years in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Ability to multi-task
