Position Description
As the Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and transactions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Entering supplier invoices
- Creating supplier payments
- Employee expense reimbursements
- Processing credit card transactions to the GL
- Generating customer invoices
- Collection of customer funds
- Bank reconciliations Funding calls
- BAS preparation and lodgement
Ideal Candidate
- 5-years of bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good accounting knowledge
- Experience dealing with multiple entities
- Strong time management skills
- Moderate Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork orientated, with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Experience with MYOB Advanced accounting software would be advantageous
