Due to restructure, an exciting opportunity presents for an experienced Bookkeeper to permanently join the business among a close-knit team. 

Position Description

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• Monitoring debtor and creditor payments
• Ensure all industry payments are processed and lodged according to guidelines
• Processing of Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Bank reconciliations 
• Preparation & lodgement of BAS
• Preparation of key financial statements
• Management of emails & correspondence

Ideal Candidate
  

• Previous experience in a similar Bookkeeping role
• Experience interpreting EBAs
• Experience with MYOB and XERO is ideal
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
