About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's wellness and beauty brands. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic brand plans, staying ahead of market trends, and collaborating on innovative product development. You will oversee brand communication, manage operational activities, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies. By analyzing consumer insights and industry dynamics, you will help shape impactful marketing strategies and foster strong customer relationships, ensuring our brands lead the market with excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Product and Brand Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and lead the development of impactful brand strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of global and Australian wellness trends, and perform environmental scans to understand consumer needs, industry dynamics, and competitive threats.
- Product Development: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create new products that meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Brand Communication: Implement and manage brand communication and promotion strategies in alignment with the brand plan.
- Operational Excellence: Handle forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and tactical promotional planning. Work closely on distribution, shelf placement, and pricing strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business (Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing or Account Management role, ideally within the Complementary Medicine or wellness industry in Australia. Experience in contract manufacturing and knowledge of SAP software is desirable.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Complementary Medicine Industry.
