About the Company

Our client is a well known High End residential Builder that is completing luxury homes and apartments of the valued $3 million - $10 million 

The Role

You will provide a high level of administrative and executive support to ensure the professional execution of the business requirements. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Provide prioritised support as requested by the GM, Directors and departmental managers.
  • Be the first point of contact to co-ordinate building repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Liaise with service providers to achieve the best prices and upgrade and resolve any arising difficulties or cancellations.
  • Answer and manage all calls professionally, efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent service to all guests, including serving tea/coffee, check-ins and temperature checks, and notifying all relevant employees in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of reception/boardroom/kitchen areas, ensuring condiments, water and glassware are up kept at all times.
  • Organise all mail, couriers, deliveries and ordering of supplies.
  • Ensure all corporate travel functions are organised.
  • Assist finance department with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in office administration, as well as:  
  • Qualification in business/office administration desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with company directors, customers, visitors and peers.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
  • Accuracy, consistency, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional manner and presentation.
  • Flexibility to undertake a range of tasks from menial to complex.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
