To support the rollout of a national project, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client.
Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Business Analyst will play an instrumental role between our Group IT Team and business units as we embark on an extensive data lake and reporting project.
This can be a 12 month fixed term contract or a permanent role.
In accordance with Victoria mandate, Qfever vaccine will be required to work within the meat industry.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Gathering, validating and documenting requirements
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Working in an Agile way focused on iterative delivery using a DevOps approach
- Designing and wireframing reports and dashboards
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by stakeholders
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
- Passionate about data and reporting
- Experience delivering under an Agile Methodology
- Previous experience with business analytics/reporting tools such as Qlik and PowerBI
- Experience across Manufacturing, Customer Operations, Supply Chain and Physical Logistics (FMCG) preferred but not essential
- Good interpersonal skills – Able to work effectively in a team with both IT and business stakeholders
- A minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
