A technology‑driven organisation is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a series of high‑priority product releases and workflow‑driven projects. You’ll join a collaborative team of BAs, developers and a Product Manager at a time of significant delivery, including multiple production releases and operational planning cycles.
This is a hands‑on, full‑time onsite role, ideal for a mature BA comfortable working in fast‑paced, technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering across business and technical teams.
- Run workshops, document processes, and translate needs for developers.
- Support testing, sprint planning, and readiness for multiple production releases.
- Contribute to projects across contract management, workflow tools, data environments and bespoke internal systems.
- Work closely with a diverse development team.
- Pivot quickly when priorities shift and support rapid decision‑making.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong background in systems, workflows and bespoke software build environments.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working in consultancy‑style or multi‑project environments.
- Maturity, calm approach, and ability to balance pushback with collaboration.
- Experience working closely with developers and product teams.
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Full‑time onsite availability (5 days per week).
