This role will play a key part in strengthening governance and audit readiness across critical Finance and HR enterprise platforms, recently transitioned into technology ownership. With external audits scheduled in the coming quarters, the focus is on ensuring policies, procedures and controls are clearly defined, documented, accessible and aligned to governance requirements.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Enterprise Applications, you will:
- Review existing enterprise policies and governance frameworks
- Interpret requirements relating to technical application ownership
- Conduct a gap analysis (current state vs required state)
- Identify missing, outdated or incomplete artefacts
- Develop an actionable remediation plan
- Support the creation and uplift of key documentation and procedures
- Ensure strong audit traceability (clear storage, documentation and evidence pathways)
- Collaborate with platform SMEs where required
What We're Looking For:
This is not a deeply technical platform role. Instead, we are seeking a strong, pragmatic and adaptable BA who can apply an audit lens to governance and process.
Key experience includes:
- Proven Business Analysis experience across enterprise environments
- Strong documentation and gap analysis capability
- Experience interpreting and applying policy and governance frameworks
- Exposure to audit environments or controls-based work (highly desirable)
- Understanding of user access management processes and control frameworks
- Experience working with Finance or HR platforms (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously, search for and assess existing artefacts (e.g. SharePoint repositories) and identify gaps
