We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support a large transformation program within a well established financial services organisation.
This contract will run through to the end of June and offers a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
The Role This position is focused on documenting and analysing current-state (as-is) processes to support broader transformation and re-engineering initiatives.
You will:
- Document and analyse end-to-end business processes and workflows
- Gather process performance data and identify pain points and inefficiencies
- Develop high-quality process models aligned to established modelling standards
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Deliver approved and standardised artefacts within agreed timeframes
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst / Process Analyst
- Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio, BizzDesign)
- Experience working in complex, detail-heavy environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong analytical capability and ability to translate SME input into clear process maps
- Financial services experience highly regarded
