An enterprise scale transformation program is underway to modernise and integrate clinical, ancillary medical and enterprise systems within a complex healthcare environment. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role within the Clinical & Ancillary workstream of this major technology transition.

This role will suit an experienced Business Analyst who is confident operating in hospital or healthcare settings and enjoys working across both business and technical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose clinical and operational solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading requirements elicitation, documentation and validation across clinical, patient administration and ancillary medical systems
  • Analysing current-state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation
  • Supporting fit-gap analysis with vendor solutions and documenting functional specifications
  • Working with technical teams on integration, reporting and data migration requirements
  • Contributing to change impact assessments, training inputs and adoption activities
  • Supporting UAT planning, test case development and issue resolution
  • Maintaining clear traceability across requirements, design decisions and deliverables
You will bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex environments (healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clinical, patient administration and broader enterprise processes (finance, HR, procurement)
  • Proven experience with requirements management, fit-gap analysis and functional documentation
  • Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from clinicians and operational teams through to senior leaders
  • Exposure to vendor-led enterprise or clinical systems (e.g. ERP, PAS, medical or hospital platforms)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and analytical skills
  • The ability to work autonomously within a structured program environment
