I am partnering with a purpose-driven Not-for-Profit organisation to engage an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract role with possibility of extension or full time based in Brisbane. This opportunity will suit a hands-on BA with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience who enjoys working closely with technical teams and external partners to deliver practical outcomes.
 
This role sits within a collaborative environment where your work will directly support systems that enable meaningful community impact. You will ensure the system is well configured, secure, and ready for future enhancements and integrations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a hands-on Business Analyst within a Dynamics CRM environment
• Configure and support user roles, permissions, and security models
• Collaborate with an external support / delivery partner
• Contribute to the understanding and documentation of data models, data storage, and data pipelines
• Support preparation for tool and system integrations
• Translate business requirements into clear, practical outcomes

About You:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Dynamics CRM environments
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (essential)
• Broader exposure to the Microsoft Dynamics stack
• Experience working with security models and role configuration
• Solid understanding of data structures, storage, and integration concepts
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with third-party partners
• Availability for a Brisbane-based contract role
