Our client is a global leader in the retail fashion sector. They are looking for a Business Applications Support specialist to join their global ERP team, supporting end-users, developing and implementing new functionality to business-critical ERP and associated applications and project work. You will be working closely with our client's Australian, North American and European business units and application partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, development and issues simultaneously across various part of the business including sales, finance and operations. You will be curious and highly motivated, engaged in identifying and investigating issues and opportunities which will contribute to making the organisation more efficient, improving functionality and ensuring our end-users are highly satisfied.

• Expertise in ERP applications, ideally Apparel21
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Technical knowledge across application integrations and delivery methods
• Knowledge of business reporting tools desirable
• SQL knowledge desirable

Ideal experience / qualifications:
• 2-4 years minimum experience in an equivalent role within either a Retail, FMCG or operational business
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology / System
