As the IT Manager, you will lead all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations, with a keen focus on Digital Transformation (DX) and Cybersecurity. Your leadership will be pivotal as we expand globally, requiring a blend of technical expertise and collaborative skills across teams.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management: Spearhead cyber risk analysis, business continuity planning, and robust implementation of security measures.
  • Digital Transformation (DX): Drive DX leveraging SAAS technology and cutting-edge advancements in data warehousing and business analytics.
  • Global Footprint Management: Oversee and support staff across multiple locations, ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilise experience in food and agribusiness and proficiency in IoT to enhance technological solutions.
  • B2B and B2C Focus: Develop strategies catering to both business-to-business and business-to-consumer segments.

  • Develop and execute IT strategies congruent with organisational goals.
  • Technology Evaluation: Identify emerging technologies to optimize business operations.
  • Collaborative Prioritisation: Partner with senior management to prioritise IT initiatives and investments.
  • Infrastructure Management:
  
Network Infrastructure Oversight:
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, hardware, servers, routers, and switches.
  • Application and Cloud Services Deployment: Ensure deployment and upkeep of software applications, databases, and cloud services.
  • Reliability and Scalability: Guarantee system reliability, performance, and scalability meeting business requirements.
