- Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Projects, Marketing)
- Develop distributor, partner, and rebate agreements
- Maintain weekly/monthly planner and complete admin tasks
- Travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings
- Engage in continuous product and sales training
- Understand and deliver on customer needs and timeframes
- Provide tailored solutions using qualification protocols
- Respond to all customer requests within 24 hours
- Contribute to testimonials, case studies, and marketing content
- Maintain <5% customer dissatisfaction rate
- Develop peer-level relationships with key customers and contractors
- Identify and pursue new growth/diversification opportunities
- Analyse trends and adjust strategy to meet sales/profit goals
- Prepare and manage annual sales, GP, and expense budgets
- Ensure pricing, margins, and discount structures are adhered to
- Follow all company and customer WHS policies
- Actively participate in safety culture and incident reporting
- Ensure zero Lost-Time Injuries (LTI)
- Comply with regulatory and QA requirements
- Current driver’s licence and valid passport
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, and new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, autonomous, and target-oriented
- CRM experience (e.g. Zoho)
- Effective sales process and submission writing skills
- Industry experience: hydrocarbons, oils/lubes, mining
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
- Strong regional network and contacts
