The Role:
  • Identify and prospect new SMB clients across VIC, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing SMB clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and optimise customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively position our client’s products and services.
Skills & Experience:
  • Business development background
  • Experience within the transport, freight or logistics industries
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
