The Role: 

As a Product Manager specializing in the corporate merchandise industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, marketing, and management of our company's merchandise product lines targeted at corporate clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive product innovation to meet the evolving needs of corporate customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our merchandise offerings align with client expectations, market trends, and business objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the corporate merchandise industry.
  • Define product vision, goals, and roadmap based on market insights, business objectives, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management, sales, marketing, and design teams to develop comprehensive product strategies and plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market feedback, client requirements, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine product prototypes, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our merchandise offerings to corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and demand generation.
  • Provide sales enablement support, including training materials, product demonstrations, and competitive analysis, to empower the sales team to effectively sell merchandise products.
Required Skills & Experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in product management roles, preferably within the corporate merchandise industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, market research methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
