- Preferably experience working in the Government or Corporate (banking etc) sector
- Demonstrated leadership of complex change initiatives and change teams
- IT and Systems Change experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead small Change teams in the delivery of change programs
- Work collaboratively across the Change Strategy team to ensure consistency of service to the business, integrated decision-making and cumulative assessment of change impact.
