Seeking a Senior Change Partner to lead the effective design, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies and plans to embed strategic and operational change.

Experience required: 

• A seasoned Change Partner who is able to bring their own tool kit and way of doing things.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small Change teams in the delivery of change programs.
• Displays resilience and the ability to push through tough times
• Coaching and support experience
• Preferably experience working in the Government or Corporate (banking etc) sector
• Demonstrated leadership of complex change initiatives and change teams
• IT and Systems Change experience 
• Demonstrated ability to lead small Change teams in the delivery of change programs
• Work collaboratively across the Change Strategy team to ensure consistency of service to the business, integrated decision-making and cumulative assessment of change impact.
