Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management across business-critical projects (e.g., tech implementation, restructures, strategic initiatives).
- Develop and implement change plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
- Conduct impact assessments, change readiness reviews and measure adoption outcomes.
- Coach and support senior leaders to be active sponsors of change.
- Build internal change capability through training, workshops, and methodology integration.
- Support the implementation of standardised change frameworks and tools across the organisation.
- 5+ years' experience in change management across complex business environments.
- Experience supporting change in large-scale transformation or ASX-listed businesses is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of PROSCI or other change methodologies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Strong project planning, facilitation and coaching capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using data to inform change strategies.
