About the Roles
Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will partner with managers and site teams to deliver practical and business-aligned people solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR support across all generalist matters, including performance, engagement, and ER
- Coaching and advising operational leaders to drive high-performance and culture
- Supporting change and improvement projects across workforce planning, development, and retention
- Managing case work, award interpretation, and working closely with internal stakeholders
- Contributing to ongoing development of P&C processes and frameworks
You’re an experienced and confident HR practitioner with a passion for working with frontline teams. You enjoy building trust quickly and being seen as a true partner to the business.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similarly fast-paced operational environments
- Sound knowledge of ER/IR and confidence in award-based settings
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a hands-on approach
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
