We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a number of large-scale transformation initiatives spanning portfolio management, financial management, asset and contract management, and information governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement change management strategies aligned to program goals
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change readiness activities
- Deliver communication, training, and support materials tailored to diverse audiences
- Monitor adoption and embed new ways of working through proactive coaching and support
- Identify resistance and drive mitigation strategies to support a smooth transition
- Support continuous improvement, leveraging change metrics and stakeholder feedback
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

Essential:
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, or behaviours
- Capability to work across multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Background in business transformation, project delivery, or organisational change
