Join a high-impact transformation program focused on uplifting business practices that underpin critical service delivery across a complex and evolving Government Department. This is an initial 6 month contract with likelihood of extension based in Brisbane CBD with 2 days work from home 
 
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a number of large-scale transformation initiatives spanning portfolio management, financial management, asset and contract management, and information governance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change management strategies aligned to program goals
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change readiness activities
  • Deliver communication, training, and support materials tailored to diverse audiences
  • Monitor adoption and embed new ways of working through proactive coaching and support
  • Identify resistance and drive mitigation strategies to support a smooth transition
  • Support continuous improvement, leveraging change metrics and stakeholder feedback
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, or behaviours
  • Capability to work across multidisciplinary teams and competing priorities
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Background in business transformation, project delivery, or organisational change
