We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Information Management Officer to be part of an exciting transformation. 
  
Working within a small team, you will facilitate the effective management of business information to support operational efficiency and compliance. This role is critical in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information across systems and stakeholders, by utilising best practice in accordance with legislative and technical expertise to Information asset management across the organisation.
  
You will need a solid understanding of Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) environments and Microsoft Ecosystem including SharePoint with an Information Management focus.
  
Some of your key responsibilities will be:  
  • Support the daily business-as-usual tasks and help progress the continuous improvement initiatives and projects that contribute to the development of a strong enterprise information management culture.
  • Work with teams and individuals across the organisation to strengthen and support staff understanding of enterprise information management through training, education and guidance.
  • Develop and present training materials and guidelines on effective information management to strengthen the capability of staff using the systems.
  • Review and maintain the Information Asset Register
  • Review information management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring appropriate change management principles are applied.
  To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:  
  • Previous experience working within enterprise systems with an information governance focus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint features.
  • Ability to work independently, solution and results focused, self-directed and operate as part of a small team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of electronic document records management systems (EDRMS). 
  Desirable
  • Understanding of Information governance framework and how to embed into systems, processes and culture.
  • Previous experience and practical knowledge in regulations and legislation.
  • Previous experience in digital transformation projects.
