As a result of their sustained growth, they are now looking to recruit their first ever CFO!

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Executive Team, you will be principally responsible for providing financial and commercial leadership across the business. Leading a small, yet capable team, you will be an important member of the leadership group, playing a key role in strategy, financial planning and analysis, compliance and financial reporting. You will be an integral component of commercial negotiations ensuring the business continues to grow in a sustainable manner whilst also ensuring the same levels of customer satisfaction remain.

CA/CPA qualified (or with an MBA), you will be an engaging and collaborative leader with demonstrated success in an entrepreneurial environment where you have contributed to a growth journey. You will have in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness. You will be a proactive and strategic leader who is able to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
