This is a role with real autonomy and huge growth potential - you’ll also have exposure to managing key accounts, driving renewals and upsells.
Salary: Up to $85,000 base + Super + Commission
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full sales cycle for inbound enquiries across four high-end workspace locations in Sydney and one in Canberra.
- Host onsite meetings and walkthroughs, bringing the unique experience to life for potential members.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Own post-sale relationships with members, handling renewals and upgrades (85% of your revenue comes from existing accounts).
- Work closely with a collaborative national sales team to hit team-based revenue targets.
- Sales experience of any kind - whether you're an SDR ready to step up, or come from real estate, recruitment, events or similar
- Confidence and curiosity - you're comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face and eager to take ownership of deals
- A self-starter mentality - you thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage your own pipeline independently
- Personable and proactive - you're relationship-driven, highly motivated, and not afraid to chase ambitious goals
