As they scale, they’re seeking a commercially-minded and digitally-driven Marketing Manager to elevate the brand, lead content and campaign execution, and drive customer acquisition globally.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a newly created, stand-alone role that will lead and execute the full marketing function. You'll own the strategy and delivery of marketing initiatives that build brand equity, support global sales, and enhance the customer journey.
From driving digital performance to delivering campaigns and sales content, you’ll be the key marketing partner across the business. This is a role with real impact and variety—where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth
- Manage digital performance including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and website optimisation
- Oversee the development and execution of targeted campaigns across web, email, video and social channels
- Create high-quality marketing and educational content that builds awareness and drives engagement
- Identify and segment customer verticals to deliver tailored communications across the lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning, customer experience and global sales enablement
- Drive participation in trade shows and events, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and lead generation activity
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign performance
You’re a well-rounded marketer who can think strategically and deliver tactically. You have experience managing end-to-end marketing for a technical or product-based business, ideally in manufacturing, technology or B2B sectors. You’re confident working autonomously, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Digital tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and content creation platforms are second nature, and you're comfortable working across web, email, video, and social content channels.
