Position: Clinical Manager
Role: Permanent Full time
Setting: Aged care in Bundaberg
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee resident care, staff management, and ensure compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance.
- Manage administration, financials, and quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
- Drive quality initiatives, infection control, and embed best practices in care delivery.
- Support staff development through in-service training and ongoing education programs."
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including care plans, assessments, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years in a senior nursing role within residential aged care, with strong clinical governance knowledge.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in care management systems and technology.
