They are industry leaders across Australia who are seeking a Collections and Receipting Officer (AR) to join their team of 5 and assist while heading into and post EOFY. Located close to home in Richmond working a maximum of 3 days in the office post training, this role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a close-knit team.
Position Description
Supporting the Accounts Receivable team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Receipting payments from the bank statement
- Receipting cheque payments
- Receipting BPAY payments
- Receipting Centrepay/Centrelink payments
- Replying to general enquiries
- Collections/Debt Recovery
- Adhoc finance duties
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role along with the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience within healthcare highly advantageous
- Experience using Tech1 highly advantageous
