With team fit and culture a priority, an exciting opportunity presents for a dynamic and motivated Collections Officer to join their team on full-time permanent basis.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Credit Manager and working as part of a large team, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited too;
- Handling telephone account queries; both internal and external - high volume environments
- Following up on overdue payments with customers efficiently and politely
- Daily collection calls
- Providing high level of customer support
- Setting up new accounts
- Reconciling debtors accounts when required
- General hoc duties assigned by your Manager
Ideal Candidate
You will have prior experience in a similar collections based role, as well as the following skills and attributes:
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in making high volume collection calls
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Job security in a permanent role
- Close to public transport
- Excellent training provided

- $65,000 package
