The Role

As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a central role in guiding pricing strategies, assessing opportunities, and improving profitability across the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, you’ll work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining robust financial models for pricing, bids, and business cases
  • Delivering detailed reporting across revenue, margin, volume, and cost-to-serve metrics
  • Conducting customer and segment profitability analysis
  • Performing variance and root cause analysis to identify risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing commission outcomes and pipeline performance trends
  • Contributing to key commercial projects and process enhancements
  • Presenting insights and pricing rationale to clients and stakeholders
What You Bring

You are a commercially minded analyst with a passion for turning numbers into meaningful business insights. You thrive in fast-paced, data-rich environments and enjoy collaborating with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Ideal profile:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial analysis, pricing, financial modelling, or a similar role
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation skills; ERP experience advantageous
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
  • Skilled communicator with strong business partnering abilities
  • Understanding of cost drivers, margin levers, and commercial risk
