The role will report to the FP&A Manager and will work with the other analysts, including the NZ Commercial Manager. The role will be the finance representative on the OEP Business Team and will provide financial analysis, support and commercial direction to that team.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive Strategy & Financial Performance
Lead the financial direction of the OEP BT team, aligning brand strategy with financial goals, owning the P&L, and presenting key performance insights and forecasts.
Lead Planning & Forecasting
Own the cluster financial forecast, drive SP and NRM processes, and consolidate cross-functional inputs for monthly business reviews and regional submissions.
Fuel Growth & Profitability
Champion margin-accretive NPD, optimise trade spend, and lead initiatives that enhance promotional effectiveness, using tools like 9 Block and quadrant trackers.
Enhance Commercial Acumen
Build financial capability across teams, driving decisions through data, system expertise, and cross-functional influence.
Deliver Efficiencies & Transformation
Lead projects that unlock productivity (e.g. 2,000+ hours saved), embed PEAK principles, and turn BPM learnings into business impact.
Regional Engagement & Leadership
Represent the cluster in regional forums, ensure brand alignment on P&Ls for ELT submission, and partner closely with FP&A and Brand MS&P teams to influence outcomes.
- CA/CPA
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- Strong grasp of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) a plus
- Clear, confident communicator across all levels
- Sharp analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience in a multinational setting, ideally in ANZ markets
