The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager of this division, you will play a pivotal role in business partnering across a high-profile division, delivering critical financial performance analysis and strategic advice to stakeholders, managers, and senior leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing in-depth analysis and data-driven insights to support the successful execution of key initiatives.
- Monitoring financial performance and delivering insights to drive operational improvements.
- Building productive and trusted relationships with stakeholders through effective business partnering.
- Accurately forecasting future sales and gross profit for weekly outlooks, forecasts, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Analyzing and reporting on performance, identifying key drivers of success.
- Demonstrating strong commercial acumen to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Offering recommendations that enhance overall business outcomes.
- Presenting analysis, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholder groups.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio to ensure budgets are met.
The Person
- CA / CPA qualified (or near completion).
- Have a prior background in a blue chip or past-faced, complex FMCG organisation
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Ability to make the complex simple.
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
