About the role
An excellent position as a Commercial Finance Analyst has become available for a candidate looking to join a high performing team within a large and renowned property organisation. Located in Sydney CBD, this role will provide key commercial acumen and focus on the business' investment portfolio to support strategy, planning and also performance.

Your responsibilities will include (But will not be limited to):
  • Reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting
  • Working capital analysis and cash flow reporting
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and value add analysis to the business partners to drive results and influence business decisions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of key drivers for the business
  • Prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities 
  • Business performance reporting
  • Financial and commercial investment evaluations for all
    investment proposals
  • Ensure data integrity of tenant leases and financial information on MRI & JDE REM (property investment software) 
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Ad hoc project work as requested
About the Candidate
You will be a fully CA/CPA or CFA qualified finance professional with a strong understanding of corporate finance and commercial analysis. You will be a natural people person with the ability to handle multiple projects at any one time, and have a strong financial modelling skillset. Experience within a big4 environment working with property clients will be highly desirable, however not essential, and having property, construction or experience within a large listed organisation would be considered highly advantageous.
