Embedded closely within operations, you’ll play a hands-on role providing financial insights that shape strategic decision-making, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide commercial insights and analysis.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activity through analysis, ensuring ROI and profitability.
- Playing a key role in New Product Development - from business case modelling and pricing to post-launch reviews.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Delivering variance analysis, performance reporting, and margin management.
- Supporting new business cases, pricing decisions, and commercial initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- 3-4 years experience as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Analyst with strong commercial acumen
- CA or CPA qualified
- Confident presenting and explaining financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with financial modelling
- Tableau/ Power BI/ Alteryx capability essential
- Industry experience in FMCG Manufacturing
- A salary of up to $135,000 + super + bonus
