This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team across finance, administration, procurement, IT, and systems. You will be a key strategic advisor to the General Manager and play an influential role in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial performance including P&L, forecasts, board reporting, and analysis
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support growth, margin, and cost control initiatives
- Lead a team across Accounts Receivable, Payable, Payroll, Administration, and IT
- Partner closely with operations and sales leaders to improve performance
- Prepare and present financials to the Executive Leadership Team and National Commercial team
- Oversee cash flow, capital expenditure, external audits, and statutory obligations
- Drive improvements in systems, risk management, reporting, and business integration for acquisitions
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business, with CPA or CA accreditation
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of inventory, retail, or distribution business models
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
