An established and high-performing national group is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Finance Manager to lead finance and business operations across a dynamic, multi-site business unit. This executive-level position plays a key role in partnering with operational leaders and the national commercial team to drive growth, governance, and financial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team across finance, administration, procurement, IT, and systems. You will be a key strategic advisor to the General Manager and play an influential role in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial performance including P&L, forecasts, board reporting, and analysis
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support growth, margin, and cost control initiatives
• Lead a team across Accounts Receivable, Payable, Payroll, Administration, and IT
• Partner closely with operations and sales leaders to improve performance
• Prepare and present financials to the Executive Leadership Team and National Commercial team
• Oversee cash flow, capital expenditure, external audits, and statutory obligations 
• Drive improvements in systems, risk management, reporting, and business integration for acquisitions

You’re a commercially astute finance leader with experience working in complex, multi-functional environments. You thrive on business partnering and have the confidence to influence at all levels. You bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business, with CPA or CA accreditation
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory, retail, or distribution business models
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• A mindset for continuous improvement, accountability, and commercial outcomes
