About the Role
Reporting to the Divisional GM / CFO, you will:
- Own monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting
- Oversee all the day to day finance management across the business unit, including transactional finance and payroll
- Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to support performance and growth
- Proven experience in a senior financial or commercial leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes
- Experience improving ERP systems, processes, and controls
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- CA or CPA qualified (essential)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- High integrity, sound judgement, and a hands-on mindset
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities
